Borrowing & Renewing
Permitted to persons holding valid UofT T/cards. Presbyterian clergy may register for a Knox College library card, clergy outside of Toronto may borrow by mail.
Loan Periods:
| Undergraduates/Clergy | 2 weeks + 1x 2 week renewal |
| Graduates/Staff | 4 weeks + 1x 4 week renewal |
| Faculty | 6 weeks + 1x 6 week renewal |

Reference & Research
Reference service is available during the term from 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. Monday to Friday and in the summer during regular library hours. Reference service is not available on Saturday and the library is closed Sundays.
Computers, Photocopying, Printing
Caven library has eight computers for guest use in the Reading Room. Laptops may be used and wireless access is available for those holding valid UofT library cards. Printing is available at a cost of 15 cents per page and the photocopier is available using a T/card or coins.
Inter Library Loan (ILL)
Access to books and journals articles held at different University of Toronto campuses and other institutions worldwide is available online. ILL Request
